2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b), a/26 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from underneath the bed of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the search and seizure were conducted in violation of Section 103 of the BNSS.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and taking into account the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
