2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of assault with Farsa on the head of the informant in which he sustained injury.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is two months delay in lodging the F.I.R. for which there is no plausible explanation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32453 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that the injury caused by this petitioner is found to be grievous in nature by the doctor.
