Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 312 of 2013 registered under Sections420, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has not committed any offence. The present complaint had earlier filed a complaint with the same set of facts which was converted into Mohania P.S. Case No. 126 of 2013. In that case, police after investigation submitted the final

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1381 of 2017 (11) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 form finding the case not true against the accused. Petitioners are presently working in ICICI Bank, Gorakhpur, HDFC Bank, Mohania, and as such, there is no chance of their absconding. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Complaint Case No. 312 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
