JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Wife of the petitioner died in unnatural circumstances in the house of the petitioner by sustaining burn injuries. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. After hearing the parties, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer is refused in connection with Bandhua Kurawa P.S.Case No.79 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,

Petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks and pray for regular bail.
