2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 719 of 2021 lodged on 20.09.2021 under Section 419/420/342/392/376D, 364, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have committed rape upon the informant one by one and also demanded ransom from her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that as per medical report, there is neither sign of

Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not ,, and there are five cases pending against him in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
