JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 In the order dated 25.06.2018 wherever it has been mentioned as "petitioner no.1 and 2", the same be read as petitioner no.1 and 3 and where ever it has been mentioned as petitioners no.3 to 6, the same be read as petitioner nos.2 and 4 to 6.

In the second last paragraph at Page-3 of the order dated 25.6.2018, it has been directed that the Deputy Director, Regional Education, Saran at Chapra and District Magistrate, Saran shall consider the case of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that apart from the said two officials, the District Magistrate, Kishanganj be also directed to consider the case of the petitioners. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the D.M., Kishangaj in any manner connected with the subject matter of the present writ petition, he may also consider the case of the petitioners.
