JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner in the grade of Supervisor-II w.e.f. 1.5.1976, the date on which his juniors have been granted promotion.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, lying in a narrow encompass, I deem it fit and proper to direct the concerned authorities to take a decision with regard to the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner regarding his promotion and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
