Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this application, the amount of Gratuity and cash equivalent to unutilized earned leave have been paid to the petitioner. It has, however, been submitted that amount of Group Insurance and arrears of salary are yet to be paid to the petitioner.
