The application seeks restoration of Cr. Appeal (DB) no. 322 of 2017 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 16.05.2017.

Citing reasons stated in the application the petitioner who is the informant of the case has sought restoration of the said appeal.

Having heard both the parties, the application is allowed. The Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 322 of 2017 is restored to its original file subject to removal of the defects as pointed out in the said appeal within 03 weeks and further deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/-( five hundred ) with the Patna High Court Legal Services
