JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 292 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute arose on account of giving pass to vehicle. The present case has been lodged only on account of village politics. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of two days without any explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
