1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) to the Respondents 1 set to take a decision in respect of the representation dated 17.01.2023 the respondent 2nd set have encroached the public land of road bearing it Plot No. 1669 area nearby 6 Dhur (2.25) decimal by making pucca house by which the communication of road is stopped under the Mangalpur Gudaria Gram Panchayat of Nautan Anchal within the territorial jurisdiction of West Champaran."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Circle-Nautan, District-West Champaran for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
