JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-09-2016 The Director, Agriculture is directed to settle the claim of the petitioner for pension and other retiral dues within a period of three months on production of a copy of this order. If the necessary settlement is not done and if there are no other legal impediment coming in the way, the Court will take action against the said Director if the occasion arises for not complying with the directives. This order has been passed in view of the fact that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State indicating their stand. Writ is disposed of in terms of the above.
