It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to typographical mistake, the address of petitioner has wrongly been inserted as Thana-„East Champaran Complaint‟ in place of Thana- „West Champaran Complaint‟ and "District-East Champaran (Motihari)" in place of "District-West Champaran (Bettiah)" in cause title of order dated 09.11.2017, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, in connection with Complaint Case No. 778(C) of 2015, pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47849 of 2017 (4) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the address of petitioner be inserted as Thana-„West Champaran Complaint‟ in place of Thana-„East Champaran Complaint‟ and "District -West Champaran (Bettiah)" in place of "District-East Champaran (Motihari)" in the cause title of the order dated 09.11.2017.

Accordingly, the order dated 09.11.2017 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
