Heard both sides.

Petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4 apprehend their arrest in Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case.

It is further submitted that similarly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36951 of 2021(3) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 situated co-accused Jeevan Ram and Maghi Ram @ Mahgi Ram have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 27.05.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.23506 of 2021 (Annexure 2). The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 (C.R.I. No.1473 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
