Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Seven piece live cartridges and 17 piece empty cartridges as well as one empty magazine are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The informant claimed that at the time of raid, petitioner managed to escape from there. Therefore, it is apparent that the aforesaid recovery has been made in absence of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Industrial Area P.
