It is stated in the report that the name of father of the petitioner has been written in the record as Jadgish Pandit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Late Mishri Lal Pandit, in fact, is grandfather of the petitioner whose name was incorrectly stated in Cr.Misc. No.31173 of 2016. Accordingly, let the name of father of the petitioner be read as Jagdish Pandit in place of Late Mishri Lal Pandit. The order dated 9.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31173 of 2016 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. The period of surrender is also extended by further eight weeks.

This application stands disposed of.
