The petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 722 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2018. He further submits that in the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. she admits that she has joined wedlock with this petitioner out of her own sweet will.
