====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No.257 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 275, 276 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are visiting doctors and they have no concern with the management of the hospital against whom there is allegation of charging exorbitant medical charges and using medicines, which is meant for supply to the government hospital(s).

Considering the fact that the petitioners are visiting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27665 of 2020(2) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 doctors and they have no criminal antecedents, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Dalsingsarai in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No.257 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with condition that both the bailors shall be medical practitioners of Dalsingsarai.
