JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction, particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner working as 'Khansama' on daily wages basis, and has been illegally removed by Executive Engineer (Respondent No. 3) by oral order."
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly seeks to confine his relief to grant of liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.25533 of 2013(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, in case any salary is outstanding for payment for the period he has worked. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
