Case No. 238 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegation is against co-accused persons. Only one injury has been found. After investigation, final form has been submitted in the case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
