The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/direction directing and commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and to appoint the petitioner on the post of Tube Well Operator on contract basis taking into consideration the experience of the petitioner as well as by giving preference to the petitioner over the outsiders if the appointments are made on contract basis.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15333 of 2014(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents not to disturb the petitioner in any manner and to allow the petitioner to work on the post of Tube-Well Operator on daily wages basis till the date the appointment on the post of Tubewell operator is made on contract basis.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner his wages arrear and current) without any delay."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the respondent authorities for redressal of the subsisting grievances of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
