JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.3168 of 2013 in which summons has been issued for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They have been falsely implicated in the complaint case.

Regard being had to the nature of offence and the facts

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.236 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No.3168 of 2013 corresponding to Trial No.3489 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
