1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points during the course of the trial.

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the Vigilance that the trial has commenced and out of nine witnesses, two witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within one year if the petitioner
