JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2024 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 08.01.2024, passed in CWJC No.12301 of 2023 to the extent of correcting the depiction of the respondents no.3 to 5 as also the date of the impugned order passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No.06 of 2023, which has been incorrectly mentioned on account of the same having been depicted wrongly in the original writ petition itself, however, now the correction position has been stated in the present petition.

2. Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the respondents no. 3 to 5 shall be deemed to be the officers of District-Supaul and the impugned order passed in Aganwari Appeal Case No.06 of 2023 shall be read as 15.03.2023.

3. The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 08.01.2024, passed by this Court, in CWJC No.12301 of 2023.
