This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhorey Police Station Case No. 140 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 374 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties on account of land dispute, in which, altercation took place and a case and counter has been lodged by both the parties as both of them have sustained injuries. According to annexure-3, injuries sustained by the informant side is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Hence, the petitioner, who is said to be of clean

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey Police Station Case No. 140 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
