The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused of this case, however, petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Hence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer is refused in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No.389 of 2018 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Danapur, Patna.
