The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 671 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of firing by Babloo Ram @ Amit Kumar and Nawal Kumar on the brother of the informant who died during

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and co-accused Nawal Kumar has been granted bail by order dated 23.01.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 4461 of 2020 and Kaushal Yadav has been granted bail by order dated 03.03.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 15286 of 2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and co-accused have been granted bail as aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
