A supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.4 has been filed enclosing therewith the order dated 23.3.2015. On the strength of the aforesaid order, it has been contended that the order of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as the petitioner has been allowed the licence for running the PDS shop subject to the fulfillment of the formalities.

Patna High Court MJC No.1804 of 2014 (5) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner looking to the statements made therein does not dispute the contention of the counsel for the State.

Regard being had to the above, this Court is satisfied that the matter does not merit further persuation. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
