This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 329, 324, 307, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of attempt to rape by entering into the house of the informant is against co-accused, Krishna Ram. Due to the aforesaid occurrence a subsequent occurrence of assault took place wherein the petitioners allegedly participated. Submission of the petitioners is that there is counter case also and the petitioners' side has also sustained injury on the head. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
