The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No. 15 of 2017 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 504, 447, 506, 324, 307, 325, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that accused persons, all of a sudden, turned to the house of the informant and started assaulting family members causing injuries to them. It is submitted that the petitioners and the informant are agnate, there is land dispute and so-called injuries are simple
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39106 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 in nature and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Triveni Mukhiya, Mukesh Mukhiya and Kamlesh Mukhiya, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S.Case No. 15 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
