2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the loan account of the petitioner has been closed pursuant to the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme granted to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon.

3. A letter dated 31.10.2023 has been placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondents which discloses that the petitioner has paid the entire loan amount due to the Bank.
