This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 903 of 2015, corresponding to Trial No. 6221 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

This anticipatory bail application arises out of a complaint case. This application is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58197 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 It is, accordingly, directed that if the petitioners appear before the court below and seek regular bail, their application shall be decided on the same date, in terms of this Court's decision in case of Salim Ansari (supra).

This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected, but with the aforesaid observation.
