In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No.138 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 498A, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1986. Subsequently, under Section 304(B) f the Indian Penal Code was also added. As per the F.I.R. the marriage of victim was solemnized with Satish Kumar Singh, later on, the accused persons demanded motor-cycle with her parents, but they were unable to give the same. On the fateful day, her brother-in-law namely, namely, Tunni, has put some drug through injection, she was feeling unwell. Where-after, all the accused persons have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6101 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 poured kerosene oil and set her ablaze. It has been stated that the petitioner was there.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
