Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 354B, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between them.
