2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022 lodged under Sections 457, 380 and 411/34 of the I.P.C.
4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner has entered in the house of the informant at the night and he was caught red handed with the mobile and accepted that he has also participated in theft of gas cylinder.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence, rather from the F.I.R. it is clear that both are resident of same P.S. and well
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27807 of 2023(2) dt.07-06-2023 2/2 known each other. Counsel further submits that petitioner is a poor person who was working under the informant. There was dispute taken place for demanding of remuneration for the work done by the petitioner for the informant and it is due to this reason the informant become angry and filed this criminal case. Counsel further submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 27.07.2022 i.e. about 10 months.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U T
