The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 379, 354, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the complaint case has been filed after lapse of two months of the alleged occurrence. The present complaint case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 2014 of 2016 filed by the petitioner no.1 against the informant and others. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
