Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. Informant has not whispered single word regarding the abduction against this petitioner. The matter is of love affair. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
