Petitioners are in custody in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379, 411, of the Indian Penal Code and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, it is alleged that petitioners were involved in the theft of motorcycle and were arrested in drunken condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S.
