That this application is for issuance of the Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction prohibited the respondents as not to take the possession by sealing the physical title from the possession of the petitioner quashing the letter no. 249 (Camp Barauni) dated 26.06.07 (contained in Annexure-3) as well as the letter vide Memo no. 1772 dated 08.08.07 (contained in Annexure-4) issued by the Executive

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
