2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased. There is general and vague allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she is not concerned with the family affairs of the couple.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27720 of 2023(3) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 application and submits that there is specific and direct allegation that this petitioner along with other accused persons tortured the deceased for dowry as a result of which she died.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is rejected.
