1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to remove encroachment from the government land/road of Mauza Salha, Thana No. 3 Khesra No. 150, 177 District Samastipur, according to the report of Halka Karamchari dated 19.02.2022 as well as order dated 4.4. 2023."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Samastipur, to ensure compliance of the order dated 31.03.2023, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Samastipur (Annexure-2, to the present writ petition). It is directed accordingly.
