Petitioner is in custody in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence under sections 461/ 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution he submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in committing theft in the shop of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
