This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laukaha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
