JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2009 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This matter was sent the Mediation Centre for settling the dispute between the parties. From the Mediation Report it appears that the matter has been amicably settled and there remains no differences between the parties.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that the matter has been amicable settled between the parties and they do not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period

No.48702 of 2016(5) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Gopalganj in connection with Tr. No. 920 of 2016 (Complaint Case No. 2009 of 2014) subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
