In the present case, though the case has come up for defects under the heading "for orders" on office notes, the Court has taken note of the fact that the District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra has passed a reasoned order vide memo no. 206 dated 11.01.2020 by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated [Annexure-A to the show cause) filed on behalf of the opposite party no.5].
