The petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 504, 506, 427, 380, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of impugned order, it is apparent that process under Sections 82/83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been initiated by the Court below to ensure attendance of the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition of petitioner is not maintainable, in view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in case of Prem Shankar Prasad Vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2021 Supreme Court Cases Online SC 955.
