Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2023 and there is recovery of 120 litres of country made liquor from his possession and 105 litres of country made liquor from different people and he has clean antecedent.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28046 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Exclusive Special Judge 1st, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022.
