JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Referring to the prayer portion of the petitioner's bail application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 22913 of 2018, it is submitted that the name and description of Court mentioned at page 2 of the order dated 25.04.2018 suffers from a typographical error. It is submitted that the matter stands pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., X, Vaishali at Hajipur. In the order dated 25.04.2018 due to typographical error, the sureties have been directed to be deposited to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 which is incorrect.
This Court is satisfied that the order dated 25.04.2018 suffers from the typographical error as pointed out hereinabove.

No.22913 of 2018 (3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 In the order dated 25.04.2018 the name and details of the Court and the pending case number may be modified and the order dated 25.04.2018 may be read as "to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., X, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 609 of 2012. The time of six weeks granted to the petitioner for surrender under order dated 25.04.2018 also stands modified.
