The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 623 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120(B)/115 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 27.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
