JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015, dated 25.05.2015, which has been registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Umesh Lal Verma, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now.

In case, the investigation is not complete, the

In case the charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken, the petitioner would have the liberty to avail of the remedies to which he is entitled. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed off.
